I've been fortunate enough to follow the path of some rays of hope, which led me to achieve quite a few of my highest aspirations, because I've seen the beauty and believed in them. Some of our aspirations may seem far away to us, but when taking a closer look at it, they are within reach!! The biggest joke, they have been there all the way. We were just too blinded by many misfortunes in the past to see them, reach out and grab hold of them.

At times nature can be cruel but there is also a raw beauty, and even a certain justice manifested within that cruelty.
The crocodile, one of the oldest and ultimate predators, normally considered the 'apex predator', can still fall victim to implemented 'team work' strategy, made possible due to the tight knit social structure and survival of the pack mentality bred into the canines.
See the remarkable photograph attached, courtesy of Nature Magazine. Note that the Alpha dog has a muzzle hold on the croc' preventing it from breathing, while another dog has a hold on the tail to keep it from thrashing. The third dog attacks the soft underbelly of the croc'.

Schwule Zebras endlich vereint

Ein vierjähriges Flirten über trennende Zäune hinweg hat für ein liebestolles schwules Zebra-Paar in Südafrika nun ein Happy End. Jeden Morgen standen die Hengste auf der jeweiligen Seite ihres Zauns, begrüßten sich laut schnaubend und grasten dann abseits ihrer Herden in Sichtweite des jeweils anderen. "Viele Passanten hielten mit ihren Fahrzeugen an und fragten, was es mit den beiden Verliebten auf sich habe", erklärte Wildpark-Besitzer Barry Jacobs aus dem Ort White Rivers.

Jacobs beschloss schließlich, das Zebra von der anderen Straßenseite zu kaufen und in seine Herde zu integrieren. Beide Zebras stürmten sofort ausgelassen gemeinsam in den Busch. Seitdem seien die beiden unzertrennlich. Jacobs: "Sie hätten das Glück erleben sollen, als wir sie losließen. Sie küssten und beschnupperten sich und sprachen regelrecht miteinander."

Dear Tech Support:

Last year I upgraded from Girlfriend version 7.0 to Wife version 1.0.
I soon noticed that the new program began unexpected child processing that took up a lot of space and valuable resources.
In addition, Wife 1.0 installed itself into all other programs and now monitors all other system activity.
Applications such as Poker Night 10.3 , Football 5.0 , Hunting and Fishing 7.5, and Racing 3.6.
I can't seem to keep Wife 1.0 in the background while attempting to run my favourite applications.
I'm thinking about going back to Girlfriend 7.0, but the uninstall doesn't work on Wife 1.0.
Please help!

Dear Troubled User:

This is a very common problem that men complain about.

Many people upgrade from Girlfriend 7.0 to Wife 1.0, thinking that it is just a Utilities and Entertainment program.
Wife 1.0 is an OPERATING SYSTEM.

You cannot go back to Girlfriend 7.0 because Wife 1.0 is designed to not allow this.
Look in your Wife 1.0 manual under Warnings-Alimony-Child Support.
I recommend that you keep Wife1.0 and work on improving the situation.
I suggest installing the background application "Yes Dear" to alleviate software augmentation.

The best course of action is to enter the command C:\APOLOGIZE because ultimately you will have to give the APOLOGIZE command before the system will return to normal anyway.

Wife 1.0 is a great program, but it tends to be very high maintenance.
Wife 1.0 comes with several support programs, such as Clean and Sweep 3.0, Cook It 1.5 and Do Bills 4.2.

However, be very careful how you use these programs. Improper use will cause the system to launch the program Nag Nag 9.5. Once this happens, the only way to improve the performance of Wife 1.0 is to purchase additional software called Flowers 2.1 and Diamonds 5.0!

WARNING!!! DO NOT, under any circumstances, install Secretary With Short Skirt 3.3. This application is not supported by Wife 1.0 and will cause irreversible damage to the operating system.

- Sonnenuntergang am Chiemsee -

Der Alltag hat mich wieder voll im Griff. Gestern zum Zahnarzt mit Bine, das Provisorium hat nicht mehr gehalten und unser Zahnarzt ist im Urlaub. Wegen Schmerzen musste dringend was gemacht werden. Heute zum Krankenhaus – nun da die Beule am Hinterkopf verschwunden ist, ist da plötzlich eine komische narbenähnliche Erhebung. Anscheinend laut Arzt nicht schlimm. Mal sehen. Dann einkaufen und putzen, putzen, putzen. Einiges an Schreibkram musste auch erledigt werden. Bald ist die Bude wieder auf Vordermann und kann ich entspannt zurücklehnen und meine Fotos genießen.

 Wollte mich kurz melden. Sabines Fäden wurden Gestern gezogen und nach erneutem CT am Di. die gute Nachricht – noch immer keine Gehirnblutung oder Wasser dass ausgetreten ist. Sabine wurde Gestern nach den Fädenziehen dann auch entlassen und kann nun Daheim genesen. Ihr geht es sehr Gut. Ich kann nun wieder meine Reha genießen und das in vollen Zügen!!

Das Foto ist die Aussicht aus meinem Zimmer und vom Balkon!

Gerstern endlich total Schmerzfrei. Als Belohnung für die guten Zeugnisse der Kinder (bei Sabine weiß ich ja, dass da wieder nur Einser und zweier im Zeugnis sein werden), habe ich den Kindern dabei geholfen, aus meinem Keller einen Partykeller zu machen. Es ist uns sehr gut gelungen und sogar der Freund meines Sohnes kam zum helfen. Es ist mir lieber, dass sich die Jugendlichen hier bei mir im Keller treffen und aufhalten und nicht auf der Straße herumlungern. Zurzeit findet die „Einweihungsfeier“ im Keller statt. Hoffentlich benehmen sie sich auch *g*. Danach bin ich zum Fotografieren am Schwanensee und habe viel Freude daran gehabt. Dieses Bild war ein schöner Schnappschuss auf das ich sehr Stolz bin.
